    Came in for the first time today for the 2 for 10 deal and was greeted/served with cheer by Khang and Gaby (I am guessing that's their names judging by the photo board I saw with their names). I was met with a pleasant attitude and customer service. As well with enjoyable refreshing drinks like the honeydew slush and QQ lychee! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future for more delightful experiences!

    This Chatime executed excellent service while being busy! Their tapioca and other toppings tasted great and consistent with what I would expect from a Chatime!! It’s location is perfectly located at the bottom level of the food court. I will definitely make this a regular stop of mine every time I visit the mall. If you’re looking bubble tea (BBT) or boba I highly recommend this place over all the other bubble tea spots in and around Scarborough Town Centre.

    Killing a few hours with some friends on weekend, thought of having a bubble tea to stroll around the mall Then an oblong queue in front of this little Taiwanese tea chain. Didn’t want to confuse the staff since we were a party of 7, therefore we ordered the same item “Jasmine green tea with bubbles low sugar low ice” Great products and good service. Simple, quick and delicious

    walked in and asked about the "super cup special" and dj? i think he said his name was, was able to help me out giving me all the details about the drink and i ended up having the tropical green tea slush. very refreshing, filling, and delicious. it was worth the 5 i spent. will be coming back!

    Love Chatime!! I’m so happy they finally opened one right inside STC, it’s literally so convenient since I can basically feed my shopping and bubble tea addiction at the same time ! Although they just opened recently, I’ve been impressed with the staff as they have been quick during the process from taking the order to making it, despite there always being a line since they’ve just opened. Super happy, definitely check it out!

    Came in today and was greeted by lovely staff. The red haired boy (i think his name was DJ?) was very polite to me and my friend when making and handing out our drinks to us. Will definitely be coming back again!

    I just had to take a moment to rave about my experience at ChatTime, and specifically about an employee named Karyl. Not gonna Lie girl, Karyl is actually one of the best employees I've ever encountered at any establishment. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly attentive and friendly. I had a bit of a complicated order, and Karyl handled it with such patience and expertise. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and even offered some helpful suggestions that I hadn't considered. What really impressed me was her genuine enthusiasm and dedication to providing excellent service. Thank you girlllll
